CPD by BEG

‘We’ and ‘Us’ mean Britannia Education Group (BEG) and all its substitutes. BEG and all its substitutes provide a range of accredited courses, CPD and training courses to a worldwide audience.

‘You’ means the learner receiving our services or the user browsing our website to find a suitable product, depending on the situation.

‘Course’ means Continuous Professional Development (CPD) course.

Course fees must be paid before the commencement of course. We accept debit/credit card and Bank transfer payments.

You can click the Add to Cart option next to the selected CPD course to add it to your cart and purchase the course. This will redirect you to the checkout page.

Our CPD courses are designed in a comprehensive, user-friendly manner with bite-sized videos, articles, and subsequent quizzes based on our interactive training material. The courses are delivered through our online VLE whereby you get to start and complete the course at your own pace. Additionally, the user-friendly design makes sure you don’t face any issues with course navigation. The course material, is broken down into individual sections, lessons, small activities and quizzes. Once you have completed the first lesson, you will be able to unlock the quiz for that lesson, if any. Once the lesson has been completed, you will be allowed access to the next lesson. This cycle will continue till you complete the final quiz and finish the course.

Once you enrol in the course, you will get access to the course material for 12 months. However, as soon as you complete all the lessons and quizzes and finish the course, you cannot access the course material but can only view and download the certificate from your portal dashboard.

Once you have marked the learning material as complete, you will be required to attempt objective type quizzes after various sections of the course material. Please note that you will be allowed 5 retakes for each quiz. Your responses will be auto marked so you will receive an instant result. The minimum percentage required to pass the CPD courses is 75% across all quizzes. This means that you will be required to attain 75% score in each quiz across the course. If in any case, you could not pass the quizzes in the given attempts, you would need to re-register the course and complete it all over again.

BEG’s all substitutes give promotional and discount codes for various reasons on different occasions. These coupon codes are eligible for a limited time period and have set expiry dates. Only one discount code can be applied at a time. It is not possible to use multiple codes at the checkout.

Once you complete a CPD course at BEG, you’ll be able to download a printable Certificate of Course Completion that you can then utilise as your CPD record.

BEG and all its substitutes will not accept any unethical and inappropriate behaviour directed at any staff members or fellow learners under any circumstances. This includes threats via telephone, in writing, emails, and inappropriate language. BEG and all its substitutes reserves the right to expel the learner from the course, with no entitlement to refund payment.
