Following are the answers to some of the frequently asked queries we receive about our CPD courses:

You can register for the desired CPD course by clicking the Add to Cart option on the course page. This will redirect you to the checkout page where you can sign up for the course while making a purchase. Alternatively, you can click on the top right Login/Register option on our website https://cpd.britanniaeducationgroup.co.uk/ if you want to register on our VLE first and purchase the course later.

You can click the Add to Cart option next to the CPD course you want to enrol in to add it to your cart and purchase the course. This will redirect you to the checkout page. We accept debit/credit card, PayPal and Bank transfer payments.

Participation in CPD activities reflects your commitment towards professional self-development. Since CPD by Britannia Education Group provides a range of specialised CPD courses developed by academic and industry experts, completing a CPD course with us will be an opportunity for you to upgrade your knowledge and skill level while also working towards improving your professional capacities that can translate into enhanced workplace productivity.

We understand that keeping records of your CPD activities is essential to keep track of your CPD progress. Once you complete a CPD course at BEG, you’ll be able to download a printable Certificate of Course Completion that you can then utilise as your CPD record.

Our CPD courses have been designed in a very user-friendly and interactive manner that most professionals do not require any further assistance. However, since we always want to make sure that our customers get the best service for their money, there is a “Message” option available on your LMS dashboard that lets you drop a message to our expert team of tutors. Alternatively, you can also email us at supportcpd@britanniaeducationgroup.co.uk.

Once you have marked the learning material as complete, you will be required to attempt objective type quizzes after various sections of the course material. Your responses will be auto marked so you will receive an instant result. The minimum percentage required to pass the CPD courses is 75%. Please note that you will need to achieve a 75% grade in each quiz across the course.

The assessments in our CPD courses have been structured in a way that you can take 5 attempts to pass the assessment/quiz. These retakes are allowed free of any extra cost. However, if you still fail the quiz after 5 retakes, you will need to re-register the course by paying the course fee again.

Our CPD courses are designed in a comprehensive, user-friendly manner with bite-sized videos, articles, and subsequent quizzes based on our interactive training material. The courses are delivered through our online VLE whereby you get to start and complete the course at your own pace. Additionally, the user-friendly design makes sure you don’t face any issue with course navigation.

The time duration of each CPD course depends on the length of the training material and the complexity of the topic, so each CPD course on our platform will require a distinct study time. However, we have kept a 12 months course access duration for each CPD course.
